Thailand greatly increased exports of ethylene copolymers, up 204%, to 126,000 tons June 2012 YTD, and also of propylene copolymers, up 76%, to 140,000 tons. China and Japan were leading destinations for both polymers.

Thailand’s exports of L/LLDPE rose 6% YTD, to 446,000 tons; HDPE exports were off 1%, to 519,000 tons; exports of polypropylene had the steepest decline, down 23%, to 211,000 tons.
