China has reported aggregated statistics for its imports of major products, including polypropylene, ABS and PVC.

Through June 2018 China imported 1.6 million tons of polypropylene, up 15% from the same period in 2017. Global trade in polypropylene, based on preliminary data, totaled 7.4 million tons, up 3%.

China’s imports of ABS through June were 980,000 tons, up 12%. Global trade in ABS, based on preliminary data, totaled 1.7 million tons, up 12%.

China imported 430,000 tons of PVC, up 2%, and exported 460,000 tons, down 63%. Global trade in PVC, based on preliminary data, totaled 5.1 million tons, up 4%.
