India and Vietnam were key export destinations but shipments were up to numerous destinations, noting, especially, countries in Eastern Europe and Africa. Trade within the Asia-Pacific region expanded by 13%, to 2.8 million tons. (PVC is combined uncompounded and compounded polymer.)

China’s exports trended upward through 2025, with a surge in February/March 2026 on shipments to India and Vietnam. Shipments through May 2026 of 2.5 million tons were up 24%.

Korea exported 346,000 tons through May, up 26%, India also the top destination.

Thailand exports jumped 42% through May, to 267,000 tons, India and Vietnam top destinations.
